Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Welcome to Titas Internet Service Level Agreement (SLA). By registering for, accessing, or using any services from Titas internet, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and enter into a legally binding agreement with Titas Internet. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Agreement Activation and Acceptance
1.1 Effective Date: This agreement activates upon Titas Internet acceptance of your service request. By registering or using our services, including submitting information via our online registration or self-service portal, you agree to comply with these terms.
1.2 Acceptance: Use of Titas Internet services constitutes acceptance of this agreement. Clients also permit Titas Internet to use their logos, websites, and basic company information for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, as well as in official presentations and website displays, without additional consent unless otherwise requested in writing.
1.3 Right to Amend Terms: Titas Internet reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
1.4 Disclaimer of Liability: This agreement limits Titas Internet liability to you. By using our services, you acknowledge that Titas Internet is not liable for any instability, unavailability, or interruptions in service and that all services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind.
2. Service Provision, Charges, and Billing
2.1 Service Availability: Titas Internet provides service on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with no guarantee of uninterrupted or fault-free operation. Service stability may vary, and InfoLink is not liable for service interruptions or instabilities due to maintenance, repairs, or factors beyond our control.
2.2 Minimum Service Term: Clients agree to a minimum service term of 12 months. After this period, termination requires a minimum one-month written or electronic notice. Early termination within the initial 12-month term incurs a fee equal to one month’s service charge.
2.3 Rates and Charges: Clients agree to pay all applicable service fees in advance, including one-time setup fees, recurring monthly charges, VAT, and other relevant charges. Titas Internet reserves the right to adjust service rates with at least 15 days’ advance notice.
2.4 Late Payments: Payments are due on the date specified on the service bill. Late payments incur a 5% late fee on the outstanding balance, and service may be suspended until dues are cleared. Billing continues during any suspension period until full payment is received.
3. Service Limitations, Responsibilities, and Disclaimer
3.1 No Guarantee of Service Stability: Titas Internet makes no warranty regarding service stability or uninterrupted access. Service interruptions may result from network congestion, routine maintenance, third-party failures, or force majeure events, and InfoLink is not liable for any resulting data loss or damage.
3.2 Blocking of Harmful Websites: In compliance with regulatory requirements and to ensure network security, Titas Internet reserves the right to block any website or content deemed harmful, without prior notice to clients.
3.3 Usage Logs and BTRC Compliance: As required by the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC), Titas Internet maintains a record of client usage logs on a local server. These logs are strictly for regulatory and security purposes and will not be disclosed except as required by law.
3.4 Client Responsibility for Use: Clients assume full responsibility for all activities conducted through their accounts. InfoLink shall not be held liable for any unethical, illegal, or fraudulent use of services by clients. Clients are fully accountable for any consequences arising from misuse of the service.
3.5 Client Verification: To activate service, clients must provide a formal photograph, National ID, Birth Certificate, or Passport for identity verification. Additionally, clients are required to verify their mobile numbers and email addresses through OTP (One-Time Password) for security and account management purposes. Titas Internet reserves the right to request additional identification or usage-related data if needed for security and compliance.
3.6 Performance Variability: Network speed and service performance may fluctuate based on user equipment, network load, and technical factors. Clients acknowledge that Titas Internet does not warrant any specific performance level or suitability for particular applications.
3.7 Customer Support: Titas Internet offers 24/7 telephonic support via our technical team. Onsite support for physical line issues is available within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Titas Internet responsibility is limited to establishing connectivity to client premises, and additional value-added services may incur charges as applicable.
4. Usage Policies and Conduct
4.1 Acceptable Use: Clients agree to use the service for lawful purposes and refrain from activities that could harm others, compromise network security, or disrupt Titas Internet infrastructure. Clients must not resell, redistribute, or modify the service for unauthorized purposes, nor use it for any illegal or fraudulent activities.
4.2 Account Security: Clients are responsible for securing their usernames and passwords. Unauthorized access should be reported immediately, and clients are liable for activities that occur under their account.
4.3 Ownership and Use of Equipment: Titas Internet retains ownership of all equipment provided. Clients must use Titas Internet equipment responsibly and cannot transfer, alter, or dispose of it without permission.
5. Email Communication and Marketing Permissions
5.1 Right to Contact: By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, clients permit Titas Internet to contact them via email regarding service updates, promotional offers, account-related information, and other relevant communications. Clients may opt out of non-essential communications by notifying Titas Internet in writing, but account-related emails are mandatory for all users.
5.2 Marketing and Advertising Permissions: Titas Internet reserves the right to use client logos, company names, and basic information for marketing, promotional materials, and public displays on our website. Clients agree to Titas Internet use of such information as part of its service portfolio, unless otherwise specified in writing.
6. Liability and Indemnification
6.1 Liability Limitation: Titas Internet is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service, including loss of data, business interruptions, or issues related to unauthorized access or network security.
6.2 Client Responsibility for Use: Clients assume all responsibility and risks associated with using the service. Titas Internet is not responsible for any damages resulting from network instability, data loss, or interruptions.
6.3 Indemnity: Clients agree to indemnify Titas Internet for any claims, damages, or legal costs resulting from misuse of the service, including unauthorized use, copyright infringement, or damages to third-party rights.
7. Privacy Policy
Client data collected during registration or service use is subject to Titas Internet Privacy Policy, available on our website. By using Titas Internet services, clients consent to Titas Internet use of their data for reporting, marketing, and service-related purposes.
8. Termination and Refund Policy
8.1 Client-Initiated Termination: After completing the initial 12-month term, clients may cancel service by providing at least a one-month written or electronic notice. Early termination within the 12-month minimum term may incur a fee equal to one month’s service.
8.2 Return of Equipment: All Titas Internet equipment must be returned upon service termination. Failure to return equipment may result in additional fees.
8.3 Refund Policy: Service termination is eligible for a partial refund, excluding one-time setup fees, and is calculated based on unused time or data volume. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving a formal request.
9. General Terms
9.1 Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify Titas Internet against any claims, actions, or damages resulting from their use of the service, including but not limited to legal expenses incurred from disputes or claims by third parties.
9.2 Non-Transferability: Clients cannot transfer service rights to any third party without prior written consent from Titas Internet.
9.3 Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes are subject to Bangladeshi jurisdiction.
9.4 Severability: If any part of this agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
9.5 Amendments: InfoLink reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice. Clients are responsible for reviewing terms periodically for updates.
